Cru Chocolate

Cru Chocolate was founded by Karla McNeil Rueda in 2016 after she couldn't find natural and sustainably made drinking chocolate similar to what her Grandparents in Central America would drink. Karla is a Honduran Industrial Engineer and Culinary Artist. Cru Chocolate works directly with farmers and Karla roasts, grinds, and makes all recipes in her own California kitchen.
