Chimala designer Noriko Machida takes inspiration from vintage military and work wear. Sourcing only authentic selvage denim from a mill in Japan, each piece crafted by local artisans, woven on pre-war vintage shuttle looms using traditional methods. All washing and distressing treatments are done entirely by hand, making each piece truly unique.
