They are a perfect food for our nervous system, supporting our body's response to stress. The Milky Oats Extract is well suited for those struggling with chronic stress and occasional sleeplessness. Great for new parents or anyone overstimulated. Milky Oats should be taken as a slow build and gentle repair. Recommended for long-term use.
How to use: Shake well. Take one dropperful in a glass of water two or more times per day. Store out of sunlight.
