The Ebi Essentials Kit supports fundamental needs during the postpartum period. The Tisane is specifically tailored to restore needed nutrients and vitamins while encouraging a healthy milk supply. The Bath provides soothing relief and aids the healing of the perineal tissues. In the Essentials Kit:
The Tisane: inspired by the traditional herbal drinks served to new mothers in many of the world's cultures. A thoughtful blend of herbs to support healthy milk production, soothe the nervous system, and provide a myraid of vitamins and minerals to stave off fatigue and general depletion. Highly restorative.
The Bath: an updated version of the traditional sitz bath. This herbal blend heals tissue and brings balance to the body when you need a reset. Herbs work together to aid in the repair, toning, and cleansing of the perineal tissues following birth. The sea salt in The Bath is harvested in Martha's Vineyard just off the coast of Massachusetts.
How To Use: The Tisane: Steep 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes.
The Bath: Add 1/4 cup directly for at least 30 minutes into a quart of boiling water. Let cool. For use in shallow or soaking baths.
Volume: The Tisane: 9 oz. The Bath: 8 oz.
